ABOUT VIDCAT

VIDCAT is a New York based video production and distribution company specializing in fashion and beauty. Our video archive includes several decades of fashion runway shows (1980s-Present), backstage footage, designer interviews and vintage fashion newsreels from the 1950s-60s. We have produced training, trend and image programs for major fashion companies and international retail stores. We often use footage from the VIDCAT archive to enhance the productions for our clients. In addition, we license footage to television and corporate clients for broadcast and multi-media usage. We recently launched VIDCAT TV an Internet Fashion Television Channel that features fashion videos from our archive. The customizable TV is available for syndication to fashion and beauty related websites and blogs.

Janet Pytowski is the President of VIDCAT. She is the Executive Producer for all productions and creative services. Janet produced the special edition DVD version of Fashion Flashbacks! and the popular SCREENFASHION DVD Fashion Runway Series. She is a press member of New York Olympus Fashion Week and also the Co-Founder of FASHIONDIG a prestige fashion website that specializes in vintage fashions.
